Managing saved insurance quotes was a frustrating experience for USAA members. Quotes were scattered across nine different product pages, difficult to locate, and nearly impossible to compare without opening each one individually. As a result, members frequently engaged with phone support multiple times just to complete a purchase. This project will explore how a new centralized, self-service quote hub reduced member effort to locate quotes, improved clarity across products, enabled easier comparison, and ultimately lowered support costs.
