Empathy is at the core of how I work, whether that means deeply understanding user needs, building strong partnerships with teammates, or uncovering the insights that lead to better products.
Over the past decade I’ve designed digital experiences across insurance, SaaS, healthcare, and enterprise platforms, helping teams turn complicated systems into intuitive products people actually enjoy using. Somewhere along the way my teammates jokingly dubbed me the “Chief of Feedback”, thanks to my habit of asking questions, listening closely, and using what I learn to make things better.
